Hi there! My name is Eric. This page serves as a monument to my Georgia Tech Study Abroad trip in Summer 2009, during which I spent 8 weeks in Barcelona, Spain.

During my trip I took several courses in Computer Science as well as a course providing an in-depth look at the city of Barcelona itself. I also got the chance to take week-long trips to England as well as Italy (including Venice, Florence, and Rome).

On this site I'll give you a quick bit of background information about the city of Barcelona, as well as some information about me and why I decided to go on this trip. I also have a sampling of the vast collection of photos I took during the course of the summer.

The experience was something I'll never forget, and I hope this page encourages other students to make the decision to study abroad as well.
